Refund policy

We want you to love your Red Husky pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work.

 

Order cancellation. You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by emailing us — we'll cancel it and refund any prepaid amount in full. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled but may be returned under the policy below.

 

Returns & exchanges. We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable where noted on the product page.

 

How to start a return. Email support@redhuskyoriginals.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through pickup or return shipping. Returns are inspected on arrival before a refund or exchange is processed.

 

Refunds. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or wrong items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
